Account Support Executive – Legal (Buenos Aires)

About the role

The Account Support Executive provides high‑quality technical and operational assistance to North‑American clients using our Virtual Data Room (VDR) platform. Working onsite three days a week in Buenos Aires, you will guide users, resolve queries, deliver training and ensure a professional, responsive service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients by phone or email to advise on workflow and VDR processes.
• Provide first‑line technical and operational support across the VDR platform.
• Nurture positive client relationships and anticipate their needs.
• Guide users through VDR features such as access, permissions, document management, Q&A and reporting.
• Conduct online training sessions and host client webinars.
• Investigate issues, gather details and escalate technical matters when needed.
• Coordinate with internal teams across regions to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain documentation, billing information and records of client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years B2B experience.
• Native‑level English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and active listening.
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new software and tools.
• Experience in technology, software or IT environments is a plus.
