About the role

Neoteric Brands is seeking a remote, full‑cycle Account Manager to turn warm inbound leads into long‑term client relationships and to prospect new accounts in the gift‑shop and hospitality sectors. You will own the sales process from discovery to onboarding and continue to nurture each account for reorders, upsells and referrals.

Key responsibilities

  • Qualify and close warm inbound leads through discovery calls, proposals and objection handling.
  • Onboard new clients, setting clear expectations on order minimums, timelines and product options.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships, proactively reaching out before reorder windows and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Prospect cold leads, especially gift shops, coffee shops and destination retailers.
  • Keep the CRM (Airtable, HubSpot or similar) up to date and provide regular market feedback to the founders.

Required profile

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales, account management or client success experience.
  • Proven ability to close inbound leads and manage a growing book of accounts.
  • Self‑starter comfortable owning the full sales cycle without hand‑holding.
  • Excellent written and spoken English for daily communication with US clients.
  • Organized, entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working remotely on US Central Time.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Airtable.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

What we offer

  • Remote independent‑contractor role, approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Base pay of $1,750 USD per month plus uncapped commission (2% warm leads, 5% cold leads, 1% reorder revenue).
  • Potential on‑target earnings of $36 k–$48 k USD annually.
  • Monthly payment in USD via Wise.
