Account Manager – Remote (US Region)

About the role

VectorBuilder is seeking a motivated Account Manager to work remotely from Argentina and support its growing customer base in the United States. You will be the primary point of contact for academic, pharma, and biotech clients, helping them navigate the company’s advanced gene‑delivery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales within the designated US territory.
• Act as the main liaison for existing customers, answering questions on features, pricing, and services.
• Promote VectorBuilder offerings through email, phone, video calls, webinars, and virtual product shows.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting client relationships.
• Collaborate with sales teams in other regions to share best practices.
• Provide high‑level technical support by working closely with internal departments.
• Maintain high customer‑satisfaction levels through excellent service.

Required profile

• Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics or a related field (Ph.D. highly preferred).
• High self‑motivation and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and sales abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Base salary of $30,000 USD per year plus commission.
