Account Manager – Lead Generation Agency

About the role

Zotex Media is seeking an extroverted Account Manager to manage client relationships for its US and Canadian commercial cleaning lead generation services. You will work closely with the founder to improve campaign delivery and ensure client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client calls and emails regarding campaign updates and questions.
• Analyze campaign results and client feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review leads and conversations that need closer inspection.
• Collaborate with campaign staff to refine targeting, qualification, and lead handoffs.
• Assist clients in effective follow‑up to increase booked walkthroughs.
• Resolve concerns fairly and keep clients informed throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2+ years in a client‑facing role at a US or Canadian marketing, lead generation, or appointment‑setting agency.
• Experience managing client accounts and improving campaign performance.
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Self‑starter who follows through without needing external motivation.
• Available to work during US Eastern business hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Ability to interpret performance reports and data.
