Account Manager – E‑commerce Marketing

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison between the agency and its e‑commerce clients, ensuring that marketing campaigns are planned, executed and optimised to drive conversions and sales. You will collaborate with copywriters, designers and junior account associates to deliver high‑quality email, SMS, pop‑up and flow campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the end‑to‑end execution of roughly 40 client marketing campaigns per month.
• Develop and implement email, SMS, pop‑up and automation strategies that meet client revenue targets.
• Maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with assigned clients through regular communication and reporting.
• Brief creative teams, delegate tasks and ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and recommend optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address client requests promptly.
