Account Manager – Creative Projects (Mid‑weight)

About the role

The Account Manager will act as the day‑to‑day bridge between internal business partners and the agency, ensuring creative projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard. This mid‑weight position is based in Buenos Aires on a 40‑hour week, initially on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Tier 2 medium‑high complexity creative campaigns from briefing through to completion.
• Translate client communications into clear, actionable agency briefs and support Business Leads on higher‑complexity briefs.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, creatives and production partners to maintain realistic timelines and smooth workflows.
• Monitor project scope, budget and schedule, proactively managing risks, dependencies and changes.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with assigned business partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Provide regular data‑driven updates on progress, performance and trends.
• Maintain accurate project setup, tracking and reporting within Workfront.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance agency output.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in account and project management within large or matrix organisations.
• Strong judgement, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously on medium‑complexity projects.
