Account Director (Remote, US preferred)

About the role

The Account Director is the primary client relationship lead, ensuring smooth project execution across creative, social, influencer, and content workstreams. Working remotely with a US‑based preference, the AD partners closely with the Integrated Marketing Director to translate strategy into day‑to‑day delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the day‑to‑day contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, building trust through empathy, organization, and clear communication.
• Lead weekly client status calls, campaign check‑ins, and delivery reviews, managing expectations around timelines and feedback.
• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, coordinating timelines, scopes, and priorities across all departments.
• Maintain and update Monday.com boards, ensuring tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed on schedule.
• Facilitate internal pod syncs to align Creative, Social, Influencer, and Production teams.
• Escalate strategic or creative challenges with proposed solutions to senior leadership.
• Draft and distribute client recaps, timelines, and progress summaries after meetings.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client relationships and large‑scale marketing projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of leading client presentations and status updates.
• Ability to anticipate bandwidth issues and proactively flag potential delays.
