Vendor Management Governance Advisor

About the role

The Vendor Management Governance Advisor supports the consistent adoption and execution of enterprise vendor management standards and governance requirements across assigned regions and business areas, acting as a trusted advisor to regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regional guidance to Vendor Managers, Engagement Managers and business stakeholders on vendor management standards, segmentation, governance requirements and lifecycle processes.
• Monitor governance activities, vendor performance trends and adherence to enterprise standards, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, metrics and leadership reporting that provide actionable insights into governance participation and program effectiveness.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, coaching and knowledge‑sharing activities to enable stakeholders to apply vendor management practices confidently.
• Partner with Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology and business teams to support governance initiatives, process improvements, automation and data quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Governance, Third Party Risk Management, Operations, Compliance or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to apply AI‑enabled tools to support analysis, productivity, communication and decision‑making.
