UX Designer for Gaming UI in Unreal Engine

About the role

We are expanding our team and seeking a UX Designer to translate creative vision into UI specifications and prototypes for Unreal Engine production. The role bridges design intent and engineering, ensuring consistent interaction flows across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define UI flows, user journeys, and interaction patterns for in‑game screens and convert them into development‑ready specifications.
• Build and evolve a flexible UI component library with patterns, variants, and states to maintain design consistency.
• Document behavioral details such as focus order, navigation mechanics, input responses, and edge‑case states.
• Collaborate closely with client‑side engineers and UI artists to keep designs achievable, performant, and unified within the engine.
• Guide refinement cycles by reviewing builds, providing feedback, and adapting designs to technical constraints and play‑testing outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on UI/UX experience delivering digital or gaming products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, and reusable libraries.
• Experience creating implementation‑ready deliverables such as annotated screens, interaction summaries, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands‑on understanding of UI development limitations and workflows in Unreal Engine.
• Fluent English communication (B2 level or higher).
