• Grow and maintain a versatile UI component system covering patterns, variants, and states to ensure design consistency.
• Draft behavioral standards for focus, navigation, error handling, and edge cases.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and UI artists to keep designs practical, performant, and unified within the engine.
• Review finished builds, provide feedback, and revise designs based on technical constraints and play‑testing insights.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on UI/UX experience with shipped digital or gaming products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto‑layout, and reusable libraries.
• Practical knowledge of Unreal Engine UI limitations and UMG fundamentals such as layout, anchoring, scaling, and widget states.
• Experience designing focus‑centered navigation for controller and keyboard/mouse inputs.
• Ability to create implementation‑ready materials: annotated screens, interaction summaries, state diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

Required skills

• Figma
• Unreal Engine
• UMG (Unreal Motion Graphics)
