Trainee HCM Consultant – 12‑Month Workday Program

About the role

Join Kainos as a Trainee HCM Consultant in a 12‑month early‑careers program focused on Workday. You will work alongside experienced consultants to design, configure and deliver enterprise‑scale Workday solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and configuration of Workday modules such as Recruiting, Payroll, Compensation, Performance and Reporting.
• Translate client requirements into practical Workday configurations and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to deliver end‑to‑end implementations and ensure quality delivery.
• Participate in hands‑on learning activities, workshops and real project work to gain independence.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong interest in HR technology and consulting.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

• Workday (knowledge or willingness to learn).
