Time Management Implementation Lead - Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior manager to lead the global rollout of a cloud‑based time capture solution. The role will be based in Buenos Aires and will coordinate implementation activities across member firms, ensuring the solution meets business needs and delivers a superior user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of the cloud time‑capture platform for multiple PwC firms worldwide.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders during workshops, solution discussions and rollout phases.
• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, development and operations teams to guarantee successful delivery.
• Partner with leadership to support IT transformation, change management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, align business requirements with IT capabilities and monitor service level agreements.
• Drive operational excellence and enhance the overall customer/user experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT transformation or operational projects in a global, cross‑cultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Background in change management, PMO, portfolio management or enterprise architecture.
• Experience managing customer relationships and service delivery.
• Knowledge of information‑security standards (ISO 27001 is a plus).
• Professional proficiency in English; bilingualism is an advantage.
