Forward Deployed Product Manager

About the role

As a Forward Deployed Product Manager at Siena, you will be embedded with strategic enterprise accounts, owning the end‑to‑end deployment of AI agents and driving measurable outcomes. You will translate field insights into platform improvements that benefit all customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own AI agent outcomes for strategic accounts, including automation and resolution rates.
• Deploy agents, identify blockers, and build platform fixes for future accounts.
• Collaborate with CX leaders to design AI transformation roadmaps.
• Turn deployment insights into new platform capabilities.
• Run full launch cycles from internal testing to general availability, including demos and co‑selling.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical account ownership.
• AI‑native mindset with hands‑on experience using Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Ability to scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations without engineering translation.
• Proven experience diagnosing technical, operational, or stakeholder‑driven deployment issues.
