Technical Operations Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a versatile technical operator who can fluidly move between reliability engineering, QA, data integrity, and technical support. You will keep our systems observable, integrations clean, and data trustworthy while leveraging AI tools as a thinking partner.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health, lead incident response, and implement fast post‑incident fixes.
• Build and maintain automation, alerting, and observability tooling to reduce manual toil.
• Own data integrity across core tools (CRM, customer portal, product analytics) and resolve discrepancies.
• Create dashboards and reports that enable non‑technical teammates to self‑serve answers.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate work, while verifying and overriding them when necessary.
• Set up technical partnerships for onboarding affiliates and internal sources, and assist in data cleansing for marketing channels.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in at least two areas: SRE/DevOps, QA automation, data operations, or technical support.
• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, Datadog (or comparable monitoring stack), and a test automation framework such as Cypress.
• Experience querying and investigating data across databases, preferably MongoDB.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English, able to explain technical problems to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Thoughtful use of AI tools to think faster and check work, not to skip thinking.
• Bias toward action, comfortable owning ambiguous problems with minimal oversight.
