Tax Technology & Transformation Specialist

About the role

The Tax Technology & Transformation Specialist supports the Tax function by ensuring efficient use, continuous improvement, and governance of tax‑related processes within SAP BOLD and related systems. This position acts as a bridge between Tax, IT, Process teams and external service providers, allowing Tax teams to focus on core, value‑added activities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between Tax, IT, Process teams, and external vendors.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system solutions.
• Coordinate system enhancements, testing activities, issue resolution, and development requests.
• Identify and implement process improvement, automation, and standardisation opportunities across regions.
• Maintain process documentation, support user training, and ensure high‑quality system governance and adoption.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Tax, Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience working with SAP environments (S/4HANA preferred) and tax‑related systems.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and process‑oriented mindset.
• Proven experience collaborating with IT teams on system implementations and testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
