Tax Operations Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Tax Operations Analyst to join our global tax function. You will work closely with senior tax professionals, gaining hands‑on experience in international tax compliance, reporting, and analysis within a fast‑moving fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with quarterly and year‑end tax closing tasks, including analysis of the Annual Effective Tax Rate (AETR) and Pre‑Tax Book Income (PTBI).
• Support the determination of corporate income tax provisions.
• Participate in transfer pricing reviews and the filing of tax and informative returns across multiple jurisdictions.
• Communicate intercompany operations to each country on a quarterly basis and manage required documentation.
• Collaborate with Treasury to ensure timely tax payments and develop tax estimates.
• Analyze withholdings on intercompany payments together with Treasury and Accounts Receivable.
• Provide support for direct and indirect tax audits in all operating jurisdictions.
• Perform detailed account reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) and record journal entries.
• Review tax accounts and prepare entries for provisions, indirect and direct tax returns.
• Identify opportunities to automate reconciliation processes using available technology.
• Prepare ad‑hoc reports and financial analyses as requested.
