About the role
As a Talent Consultant supervising associate at EY Global Delivery Services, you will partner with a diverse team to deliver people‑driven HR services, influencing talent programs and supporting business strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities for a specific employee population, including performance management, compensation and career development.
- Provide guidance to business leaders on employee relations, resolve inquiries and influence decisions on new HR programs.
- Collect and analyse staffing, headcount, budget and compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of relevant HR experience, preferably in financial services or a professional services environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of HR laws and practices.
