About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Talent Acquisition Support Analyst. You will help attract and select top talent that aligns with PwC's values, while supporting internal learning and development initiatives across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and select candidates using applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Maintain candidate communication and provide feedback throughout the process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve hiring practices.
• Engage with universities and faculty to strengthen campus placement programs.
• Implement recruitment marketing initiatives to boost employer brand visibility.
• Ensure compliance with information security and data protection policies.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Understanding of Information Security Management and data protection practices.
