Talent Acquisition Specialist – BPO Recruitment (Argentina)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about the BPO sector and ready to lead recruitment initiatives across Argentina. You will own the full hiring cycle, build talent pipelines, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience for our growing BPO operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for all BPO‑related positions, from requisition to onboarding.
• Develop region‑specific talent pipelines using local networks, online platforms, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with business units, HR, and management to understand staffing needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while maintaining a strong employer brand.
• Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and on social media.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and data‑privacy regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the BPO sector.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage high requisition volumes in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and native Spanish.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
