Talent Acquisition Manager – IT Recruiting

About the role

Somnio Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its IT recruiting strategy. You will act as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and top technology professionals, shaping the talent pipeline that drives project success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to capture detailed hiring requirements.
• Evaluate, interview, and shortlist candidates based on technical assessments and cultural fit.
• Align selected profiles with hiring managers and project stakeholders.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve sourcing strategies, primarily using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the recruiting team to ensure high‑quality, fast hiring.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, shortlist quality, and client satisfaction, proposing data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Strong sourcing expertise on LinkedIn and other IT talent platforms.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑changing, dynamic environments.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining candidate experience.
