Talent Acquisition Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for high‑growth tech startups across Latin America. You will partner with founders, executives and hiring managers to attract and close top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment from kickoff to offer acceptance for technical, commercial, operational and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Screen, assess and present candidates, ensuring a strong cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and maintain an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, talent mapping, compensation benchmarks and hiring recommendations to clients.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS platforms, prepare reports and track hiring metrics.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or executive search.
• Proven ability to run end‑to‑end recruitment processes independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing experience.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter for passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Lever or Greenhouse.
