About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, including your own organization.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Facilitate introductions and help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Provide feedback to the product team to improve the solution.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive a bonus for onboarding your own company.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting background.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible schedule without fixed quotas.
