Business Development Manager – Entertainment Industry Outreach

About the role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to expand our network across the entertainment sector, including music, sports, film/TV, and digital media. The role is outbound‑focused, requiring proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach to industry representatives via email and social media.
• Write polished, personalized outreach messages and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain and update a large contact pipeline in HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Track outreach metrics, follow‑up activity, and response rates to meet defined goals.
• Develop creative strategies to improve response rates and nurture long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional tone.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working without constant supervision.
• Interest in the entertainment industry (music, sports, film/TV, digital media).

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM platforms.
