Strategic Asset Manager (Remote)

About the role

AvantStay is seeking a Strategic Asset Manager to own VIP client relationships and drive asset‑management initiatives across its portfolio of short‑term rental properties. This fully remote position blends financial analysis, strategic thinking, and high‑touch client service in a fast‑growing hospitality company.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high‑value homeowners and investors, delivering strategic guidance and top‑tier service.
• Partner with leadership to analyze, report on, and execute key asset‑management projects.
• Analyze property performance, monitor financial metrics, and recommend actions to improve revenue, occupancy, expenses, and NOI.
• Develop and maintain financial models that track portfolio performance and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Prepare and present executive‑level reports to internal stakeholders, homeowners, and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure asset success and identify process efficiencies.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or hotel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with advanced Excel and financial‑modeling skills.
• Strategic thinker able to assess market trends and propose actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fluent in English.
