Loan Processor & Underwriter – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor & Underwriter to manage underwriting, loan file completeness, and condition follow‑up for short‑term, business‑purpose real estate loans. You will work remotely with borrowers, brokers, and originators to move each loan from submission to close.

Key responsibilities

• Underwrite Fix & Flip, Bridge, DSCR and Ground‑Up Construction loans, analyzing credit, LTV, ARV, DSCR and exit strategies.
• Collect, verify and organize all borrower, guarantor, entity and property documents in the loan portal and CRM.
• Order, track and review appraisals, flag material changes and coordinate corrections.
• Proactively follow up with borrowers, brokers, originators and vendors to clear conditions quickly.
• Support the closing team by addressing underwriting deficiencies identified after funding.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of hands‑on experience at a U.S. hard‑money or private real‑estate lender.
• Practical underwriting and loan‑processing experience with business‑purpose investment loans.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
• Availability to work 8:45 AM‑5:45 PM U.S. Eastern Time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Gmail.
• Experience using GoHighLevel or a similar CRM.
• Ability to navigate an online loan portal for document management and workflow.
