About the role

Deel is looking for a passionate and highly experienced Staff Product Designer to shape the future of its global payroll and HR platform. You will drive design excellence across multiple product initiatives, ensuring that user experiences are both functional and delightful.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver product design across vertical and horizontal initiatives, aligning with user needs and business goals.
• Lead the development of end‑to‑end features and services that resonate with a diverse, global user base.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners to create coherent, high‑quality experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and champion design best practices throughout the organization.

• Proven track record of designing complex SaaS products for a global audience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
