Solutions Engineer – Business Applications

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as the primary technical liaison for enterprise clients using the GlobalLink suite. You will guide installations, configurations, and upgrades while ensuring seamless integration of multilingual capabilities into client content management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for enterprise-level GlobalLink customers.
• Coordinate installations, configurations, and upgrades of GlobalLink and related technology products.
• Gather client requirements, design, document, and deliver technology solutions.
• Execute solutions through development, testing, QA, and launch phases.
• Assist clients in language‑enabling their CMS platforms.
• Act as escalation point for client support issues and coordinate with language services teams.
• Communicate client needs and bugs to Product Management for feature development.
• Perform risk analysis and ensure client launch deadlines are met.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Required profile

• Motivated technical talent with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with web technologies, including web and application servers.
• Proficiency in Linux and MySQL or equivalent databases.
• Familiarity with product management techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
