Software Engineer, Observability

About the role

Avature is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Observability team. You will help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that provides logs, metrics, and monitoring across the company’s SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop highly available observability features and tools.
• Refactor existing systems to improve reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance monitoring, metrics, and operational visibility.
• Promote automation and DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in on‑call rotations and support processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in software development and DevOps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
• Fluent in OOP languages, preferably PHP or Python.
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and handling on‑call duties.
• Intermediate level of English.
