About the role

Avature is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Observability team. You will help design, build, and maintain the infrastructure that provides logs, metrics, and monitoring across the company’s SaaS platform.

Key responsibilities

Design and develop highly available observability features and tools.
Refactor existing systems to improve reliability and code quality.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance monitoring, metrics, and operational visibility.
Promote automation and DevOps best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in on‑call rotations and support processes.

Required profile

Professional experience in software development and DevOps.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
Fluent in OOP languages, preferably PHP or Python.
Comfortable working in Linux environments and handling on‑call duties.
Intermediate level of English.
