Service Advisor

About the role

Tesla is looking for a Service Advisor who will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting our service center. The role combines customer service excellence with a solid understanding of vehicle maintenance, ensuring a seamless service experience for owners of cutting‑edge electric vehicles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and taking ownership of each service visit.
• Explain technical issues and recommended repairs in clear, non‑technical language, both in person and over the phone.
• Document service details accurately in the Dealer Management System and communicate effectively with technicians.
• Process transactions, guide customers through service corrections, and summarize completed work.
• Manage multiple appointments, keep records organized, and deliver timely status updates.
• Escalate complex concerns to the Service Manager while maintaining a positive, empathetic demeanor.

Required profile

• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair methods, tools, and techniques.
• Strong communication skills to convey estimates and technical information clearly.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and patience when handling challenging situations.
• Superior time‑management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and keep accurate records.
• Valid driver’s license.
