MES Analyst/Consultant – Digital Manufacturing

About the role

As part of Industry X’s Digital Manufacturing practice, you will help clients transform capital project delivery by designing, developing and implementing Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Electronic Batch Records (EBR). You will work closely with management and end‑users to deliver value‑driven solutions that meet GxP compliance and integrate with ERP and control equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, documentation, and implementation of MES solutions.
• Design, write, develop, and configure Electronic Batch Records (EBR).
• Implement MES solutions and integrate them with ERP systems and control equipment.
• Document MES configuration and validate EBRs.
• Collaborate with management and users to define needs and design value‑driven solutions.
• Document and analyze business information requirements ensuring GxP compliance.
• Respond to customer requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Manage and develop client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with MES solutions in an automated manufacturing environment.
• Practical understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
