SEO Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to lead our organic search strategy, boost online visibility and drive qualified traffic to our digital assets. You will work closely with content creators, developers and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices across the product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover content gaps and optimisation opportunities.
• Implement on‑page SEO recommendations, including metadata, header hierarchy, internal linking and content structure.
• Perform technical SEO audits and apply fixes for crawlability, indexing, site architecture and performance issues.
• Identify and act on AI‑powered search opportunities (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) through entity coverage, structured data and answer‑level optimisation.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, AI visibility signals and other SEO metrics, reporting insights to the SEO lead.
• Collaborate with writers, web strategists, publishing and studio teams to ensure seamless integration of SEO recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital or agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into action.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
