Senior Treasury Core Model (TCM) Solution Expert

About the role

As a Senior Treasury Core Model (TCM) Solution Expert you will join Sanofi’s Treasury Application Support team in Buenos Aires. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the S/4HANA Treasury Core Model solution, providing Level 3 support, and driving continuous improvement across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex application incidents that require SAP system customizing, database changes, or code modifications within defined SLAs.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, create permanent fixes, and manage SAP OSS messages, transport orders, and cut‑over activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for change requests from Treasury key users, analysing deviations from the approved Treasury Core Model.
• Support functional analysis of enhancements, update specifications, and conduct testing together with ABAP teams.
• Prepare design authority position papers, deliver end‑user training, and produce documentation as needed.
• Contribute to Business Value Projects as a Solution Expert and coordinate with ABAP and ERP AMS teams.
• Manage post‑refresh activities on the maintenance track and support disaster‑recovery exercises.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Finance and Treasury modules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform deep technical investigations.
• Experience coaching peers and driving change within a support team.
• Excellent communication with key users, ERP support teams, and third‑party providers.
