Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, technology‑enabled programs that deliver measurable value for clients worldwide. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery and technology, acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large, multi‑team programs across product, engineering and business domains, ensuring alignment between client strategy, technical execution and business outcomes.
• Define delivery strategy, operating models and value‑realization approaches for technology‑focused initiatives.
• Mentor senior consultants, strengthen delivery capabilities and contribute to account growth and firm intellectual property.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with senior client executives and internal Mastercard teams.
• Oversee program governance, risk management and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in technical program or project management, preferably in software or product environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary programs and deliver measurable client value.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior client executives.
• Experience mentoring and developing senior consulting staff.
