SAP Hana Integration Engineer (Boomi)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Hana Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain integration solutions for our clients. The role combines hands‑on development with DevOps responsibilities, supporting seamless data flows across ERP, iPaaS, and client systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and customize Boomi integration processes and support PMS migrations with zero downtime.
• Validate data integrity, document processes, and share lessons learned.
• Monitor integration health, respond to alerts within one hour, and manage Boomi Atom monitoring.
• Perform root‑cause analysis, implement preventative measures, and refactor inefficient processes.
• Serve as Level 2 escalation point for synchronization issues, diagnose cross‑system problems, and create knowledge‑base articles.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on code‑level fixes and provide technical support to client IT teams during incidents.
• Maintain trusted relationships with technical contacts and conduct regular check‑ins with enterprise accounts.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in integration engineering or DevOps.
• Strong background with SAP S/4HANA, BTP, REST APIs and ERP architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with iPaaS platforms such as Boomi or MuleSoft.
• Proficiency in SQL, database troubleshooting, and log analysis.
• Excellent client‑facing communication during incidents and escalations.
