Senior SEO Specialist – I‑Gaming (Argentina)

About the role

You will own and execute the organic search and discoverability strategy for Argentina, working at the intersection of SEO, AI‑driven discovery, and brand strategy. This high‑impact position is part of the LATAM Marketing team and directly influences how users find our i‑gaming brand today and in the future.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO and discoverability roadmap for traditional search engines, AI‑driven platforms, and emerging channels.
• Translate business objectives into prioritized SEO initiatives that balance growth, scalability, and risk.
• Conduct ongoing industry, competitor, and search trend research to refine market‑level strategies.
• Execute onsite, offsite, and technical SEO audits and optimisations, prioritising actions by impact and efficiency.
• Monitor performance metrics, produce regular KPI reports, and present insights to the LATAM SEO Manager and local teams.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to embed best practices such as entity‑based SEO, topical authority, and E‑E‑A‑T principles.
• Manage external agency and freelancer deliverables, ensuring strong ROI and quality.
• Identify and mitigate SEO risks to protect brand reputation and domain health.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience designing and executing SEO strategies in a fast‑changing environment.
• Solid understanding of onsite, offsite, and technical SEO at scale.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable SEO roadmaps.
• Confidence analysing data and communicating insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English and native‑level Spanish (Argentina).

Required skills

• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Conductor, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Familiarity with AI or automation tools for search optimisation.
