Lead Data Analytics (Growth)

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical, hands‑on Lead Data Analytics to own the growth analytics track at Félix. This senior position partners with Marketing, Product and Partnerships to uncover high‑impact opportunities, drive user acquisition, and improve unit economics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics for growth levers – Paid Media, Referrals, CRM lifecycle, Partnerships and multi‑product expansion.
• Mentor and develop a team of a Data Analyst and a Data Scientist, raising analytical rigor and execution speed.
• Own multi‑touch attribution, media mix modeling and paid‑media investment strategy.
• Design and run A/B tests, incrementality studies and causal inference experiments.
• Build self‑serve reporting, write performant SQL queries and model growth datasets.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to evaluate commercial value and ROI of co‑marketing deals.

Required profile

• 6+ years in data/growth analytics or analytics engineering at high‑growth B2C tech, fintech or neobank.
• Proven people‑leadership experience managing analysts and data scientists.
• Strong business acumen with a bias for action and ability to balance long‑term projects with quick wins.
• Excellent communication skills to translate insights into strategic narratives for founders and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for large‑scale transaction and event data.
• Python for analytical modeling and data manipulation.
• Expertise in growth levers such as Paid Media performance, CRM incrementality, referral loops, branding/MMM or partner acquisition.
• Design and analysis of A/B tests, multivariate experiments and statistical inference.
