Senior Proposal Developer - RADDS

About the role

The Senior Proposal Developer will coordinate and manage contracts, proposals, and related processes for assigned customers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day contract and proposal processes for large, complex contracts.
• Act as regional expert and primary interface for customers, maintaining consistency in approach, metrics and format.
• Identify project discrepancies, work with customers to resolve issues, and develop efficient processes to boost satisfaction.
• Provide direction and strategy on projects with minimal oversight and support MSA development and negotiation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts, proposals or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with coworkers, managers and customers.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Understanding of costing models and budget interpretation.
