Business Analytics & Customer Insights Manager LATAM

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Business Analytics & Customer Insights Manager to lead advanced analytics and insight generation for its Oncology portfolio across Latin America. Based in Buenos Aires, you will act as a strategic partner to the LATAM South leadership team, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local and regional brand teams to shape pre‑launch strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate integrated data, analytics, and customer insights into clear, decision‑oriented recommendations for senior leadership.
• Support long‑range forecasting and 5‑year sales scenario planning.
• Promote adoption of AI, forecasting, and analytics solutions from the Center of Excellence.
• Foster a data‑driven culture while ensuring compliance with internal policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in business analytics, customer insights, or commercial strategy, preferably in pharma/oncology.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and work in multi‑country environments.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese highly desirable.
