About the role
InEvent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise client engagements on its event‑technology platform. You will act as the primary liaison between large organisations and our product team, ensuring successful adoption and continuous growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of the InEvent platform and services to advise clients and recommend optimal solutions.
- Review client concerns, improve the overall client experience, and drive platform adoption across the organisation.
- Promote the value of the platform, identify upsell opportunities, and expand usage.
- Suggest process optimisations for Customer Success initiatives.
- Mentor and coach Customer Success trainers on major enterprise accounts.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Account Development.
- Proven track record in client retention and driving continuous product usage.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational and accountability mindset.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including short trips to the United States.
Required skills
- Technical proficiency with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive and HubSpot.
- Experience with Single Sign‑On (SSO) integrations.
