Senior Pharma Recruiter

About the role

As a Senior Pharma Recruiter at Cielo, you will drive service excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for clients and delivering exceptional talent. You will mentor recruiters and collaborate with hiring leaders across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidate profiles, build talent pipelines, and keep candidates engaged with timely updates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruiting experience across multiple LATAM countries.
• Workday experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven success in corporate, RPO or agency recruiting settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media recruiting tools.
