Senior IT Auditor

About the role

Teladoc Health’s Internal Audit team is seeking a Senior IT Auditor to lead and execute audit projects that evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls, risk management and governance across digital, financial, operational and compliance domains. The role supports the Board, senior management and the Audit Committee by providing independent assurance and actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine internal audit methodologies and contribute to the annual audit plan.
• Plan, organize and conduct IT‑focused audit engagements, including walkthroughs, testing and documentation.
• Support the company’s ICFR and SOX compliance efforts through detailed IT process testing and result summarization.
• Prepare high‑quality workpapers and audit reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Identify control gaps, monitor remediation actions and collaborate with process owners and external auditors.
• Stay current on business, IT and regulatory developments and advise stakeholders on internal control requirements.
• Leverage data analytics and automation to improve audit efficiency and uncover emerging risks.

Required profile

• Several years of experience performing IT audits within a large, regulated organization.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment and governance frameworks.
• Experience with SOX compliance and ICFR testing.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) and Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Proficiency in data‑analytics techniques for audit testing.
• Familiarity with audit documentation standards and work‑paper preparation.
