Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer – Internal Platforms

About the role

Sourceability is building a Global Engineering Organization to strengthen internal software delivery. As a Senior Full Stack .NET Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain critical internal platforms that support procurement and logistics across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full‑stack applications using .NET/C# on the backend and modern web technologies on the frontend.
• Build and sustain APIs, services, integrations, user interfaces, background jobs, and data‑driven features.
• Work with SQL Server databases, optimizing queries, stored procedures, and data access patterns.
• Translate backlog items and acceptance criteria into clean, maintainable code following GEO engineering standards.
• Collaborate with Product/Delivery Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, DBA, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable releases.
• Participate in code reviews, write automated unit, integration, API, and UI tests, and support defect triage and production issue resolution.
• Identify technical debt and propose refactoring or modernization initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience developing enterprise‑grade .NET applications.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with both new development and legacy systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner with cross‑functional teams.
