Senior Front‑End Developer (React) – AI‑Enabled Web Apps

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Front‑End Developer with strong React expertise to build responsive, accessible web applications and embed Generative AI into daily delivery. You will collaborate across product, design, backend and QA teams while championing high code quality and AI‑native workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement highly responsive, user‑friendly web applications using React.
• Architect reusable UI libraries and frameworks that scale and perform well.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes into production‑grade code and provide design feedback.
• Mentor junior developers, lead code reviews and drive continuous learning.
• Analyze performance, optimize load times and runtime interactions.
• Debug complex cross‑browser/device issues and ensure stability.
• Implement unit and end‑to‑end testing to reduce regressions.
• Adopt GenAI tools to automate routine work, accelerate analysis and improve delivery workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of front‑end development experience with modern web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and React in production environments.
• Experience conducting constructive code reviews.
• Strong understanding of UI engineering and accessibility.
• Hands‑on knowledge of unit and end‑to‑end testing practices.
• Ability to optimise performance and debug complex issues.
• Familiarity with Generative AI fundamentals and practical tool usage.
• Upper‑intermediate English (B2) communication skills.
