Delivery Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Delivery Manager to lead complex IT projects, inspire high‑performing teams and build strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of multiple simultaneous IT projects from discovery through release and maintenance.
• Lead and motivate project/product teams, removing obstacles and ensuring access to needed resources.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, fostering a client‑focused service culture.
• Contribute to organizational growth through cross‑functional collaboration and operational initiatives.
• Ensure services meet client expectations while adhering to quality and governance standards.
• Develop team members through 1‑on‑1 coaching, feedback and tailored development plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering complex IT projects.
• At least 5 years of experience leading IT teams and fostering performance, motivation and engagement.
• Proven people‑management skills, including conducting 1‑on‑1s, providing feedback and supporting career development.
• Hands‑on approach with ability to delegate and roll up sleeves when needed.
• Business‑ and product‑oriented mindset focused on delivering client value while prioritising team well‑being.
• Proactive attitude, sense of mission and willingness to shape the organization.
• Fluent English (C1+) in spoken and written communication.
