Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing

About the role

The Senior Financial Analyst – Manufacturing will support the financial and operational performance of our manufacturing sites in International Markets. Working remotely from our Global Business Center, you will partner with plant management and cross‑functional teams to drive profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly close, ad‑hoc reporting, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Prepare cost accounting analyses, maintain internal controls and ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead annual standard‑cost updates and accurate financial reporting for the site.
• Act as a financial business partner to plant leadership, providing decision support and driving metric improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify savings and evaluate ROI.
• Support capital investment initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage accounting procedures including G/L maintenance, accruals, journal entries, payroll processing and inventory control.
• Develop standard work, improve processes and leverage digital tools such as Power BI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3‑5 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complexity and work with multiple ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and change‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
