Senior DevOps Engineer, AI Platform

About the role

Network Solutions is seeking a hands‑on Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate the cloud infrastructure that powers its AI platforms, agent runtimes, web applications, and shared services. You will collaborate with AI engineers, application engineers, and architects to translate technical designs into reliable, scalable, and secure production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Translate application and platform designs into production‑ready Azure and OCI infrastructure.
• Design, provision, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters (AKS, Oracle Kubernetes Engine).
• Support AI workloads such as LLM gateways, Python agent runtimes, RAG workers, and asynchronous pipelines.
• Manage networking, load balancers, DNS, TLS, private connectivity, firewalls, and service‑to‑service communication.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD, and container registries.
• Automate provisioning with Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes manifests, Python, and Bash.
• Implement end‑to‑end observability (metrics, logs, tracing, dashboards, alerts, SLOs).
• Own production readiness, incident response, root‑cause analysis, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands‑on experience operating production Kubernetes environments.
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and troubleshooting.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, networking, identity, storage, monitoring); OCI experience preferred.
• Proven ability to support production web applications, APIs, microservices, and asynchronous architectures.
