Salesforce/Certinia Administrator

About the role

Caylent is seeking an experienced Salesforce & Certinia System Administrator to design, implement, and optimize internal CRM, PSA and ERP environments, ensuring scalability, stability and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage user records, permissions and access levels across Salesforce and Certinia.
• Tailor custom objects, fields, workflows and process automation for Sales and Service Delivery teams.
• Maintain platform data, perform queries and updates.
• Stay current with major releases, test new features and execute system upgrades.
• Provide training and support on new release functionality.
• Document configurations, processes and best practices.
• Communicate with vendors, report issues and evaluate AppExchange/Certinia packages.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into secure technical solutions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Certinia (PSA, Accounting, Revenue Management).
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Service Delivery, Sales, Finance, IT and Operations.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building new solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT or related field.
