Senior Contract Manager

About the role

Acclaro is seeking a Senior Contract Manager to lead its commercial contracting function, ensuring governance, risk management, and scalability as the business grows. This remote position reports to the Legal & Compliance Manager and works closely with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, and Technology.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting, review, and execution of complex customer, partner, supplier, and strategic agreements.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for non‑standard contractual and risk‑related matters, providing practical recommendations.
• Develop and continuously improve contract templates, clause libraries, negotiation playbooks, and governance processes.
• Drive operational excellence in contract lifecycle management, adoption of CLM tools, and governance maturity.
• Produce and analyze reporting on contract cycle times, negotiation trends, compliance metrics, and risk exposure.
• Support strategic initiatives such as M&A, technology licensing, data privacy, and strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive experience in contract management, commercial contracting, legal operations, or related functions.
• Proven track record leading complex commercial negotiations with enterprise customers or strategic partners.
• Experience managing high‑value, non‑standard agreements with minimal supervision.
• Background supporting international contracting across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to work directly with senior leaders and provide risk‑based recommendations.

Required skills

• Advanced drafting, negotiation, and contract interpretation abilities.
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Strong analytical skills for contract data reporting and process improvement.
