Senior Client Partner – Twitch & Roblox

About the role

Join Aleph as a Senior Client Partner responsible for the Twitch and Roblox portfolios in Argentina. You will connect top advertisers and agencies with highly engaged gaming and live‑entertainment audiences, leveraging AI‑driven tools to scale sales output.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships with international advertisers and agencies across both platforms.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level and marketing stakeholders, guiding them through live‑streaming and in‑game advertising.
• Drive revenue through new acquisition, renewals and upsell opportunities, using AI and automation to expand pipeline capacity.
• Translate technical metrics (VTR, CPV, viewability, engagement, in‑game impressions) into compelling business growth narratives.
• Educate brands and agencies on Twitch and Roblox as premium media channels and represent Aleph at industry events.
• Partner with internal teams on strategic planning, media buying, reporting and campaign optimisation.
• Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene and support forecasting and revenue recognition.

Required profile

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
• 5+ years of sales and account‑management experience in digital advertising, media agencies or AdTech/Ad Networks; gaming or streaming background is a strong plus.
• Growth mindset, high energy and ability to adapt quickly to multi‑platform execution.
• Passion for gaming and live‑streaming culture.

Required skills

• Proven use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to automate research, briefs and follow‑ups.
• Deep understanding of digital ad metrics and campaign optimisation on premium platforms.
• Consultative communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong organisational skills to manage two platform pipelines in a fast‑paced environment.
